Apple Gets More Serious About Using Twitter, but Why it Doesn't Matter

If you don’t buy the extended warranty it costs you just to call and try to get help. Apple is never about the customer but their own bottom line and not begin engaged with the customers about issues through social media shows this even further. But I don’t consider it smart to try to convert new buyers.
