Things I didn’t like: Shoddy Internet access – BlogWorld wireless Internet was very slow, if you could even log on. Not fun… Crowds - I think that at times, people underestimated the ability of 2,000 social media specialists to mobilize. Unacceptable, especially for a conference like this. The Whole. :
