Pick up this book if: you are in support and want to add social. This included talking to friends, reading blogs and reading white papers.

I guess this guy shows the need for Chris Brogan’s new G+ for business book coming out. The reason I see this as is that social is just not profitable for many companies and the group of folks complaining will barely give their brand a paper cut. While I agree with his rationale, I am not surprised at the 70 percent figure.

Both of these groups are wrong. Until then, I think it’s too early to be playing grim reaper, but still wouldn’t be running to the store to pick up a book telling you how to use it for business. In case you haven’t heard, Google has launched a new network for its users, Google+. What are your thoughts of Google+ ?
