One of the easiest ways would be to grab the Twitter Photoshop Template and customize it. Dra Studios has another Twitter Template that has more of the ‘cool’ look. Twitterbacks is a site with a few Twitter background templates you can use as well as a complete Flickr gallery of Twitter profiles.

There are several other options, such as Flickr, Tumblr, WordPress, Blogger, etc… even Ping.fm. And Amplify makes it easy to set up and even simpler to post any way you like including templates that give any of a set of looks to you posts. I don’t auto-post to all of those, but it’s nice to have the option.

They’ve also got some interesting additional products to use, and set-up is either as simple as installing a WordPress plug-in, or just pasting one line of Javascript into your page template (s).
