Use HootSuite to publish content to multiple social media accounts and/or platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Ping.fm (which pushes to many other platforms) and now they’ve just added WordPress functionality. cross-post your updates to Jaiku and many other sites like Facebook , MySpace , LinkedIn and more via Ping.fm.

Are there blogs that you read regularly that you find so good that you end up sharing every post on Twitter? Do you hate it when you miss a post from those blogs, and wish that, even when you’re offline, you can promote new posts from those blogs to your followers because you know that each one will be valuable to them?

Let’s start with the blog post. I am a huge advocate of the business blog. Blogs lend so many benefits to a social media marketing program that they really can’t be overlooked. Another button you can, and should implement into your blog posts is the Share button, also known as the Add This button.

Add a Facebook Page widget to your blog so you can add fans from outside FB. On your blog/website, provide links to your other networks on every page. Increasing Fans & Best Practices for Fan Pages Post frequently with useful, interesting tips and links (not just selling.) Look at stats to see what types of links are most popular.

There are several other options, such as Flickr, Tumblr, WordPress, Blogger, etc… even Ping.fm. You can set up your own blog. Just like Posterous, you can use Amplify as your primary blogging platform, as well as auto-post to your own blog. Ah, but does the image accompanying your blog post show up?
