I could set-up discussion forums that charge a monthly fee or even some type of games website that charges members to play. Instead, I’m going to go back to my favourite type of marketing: affiliate marketing. It helps me alot… I really wanted to start affiliate marketing and I think this is a very good start.

They’re simply registering on tons of forums and profile websites, placing their link in their bio’s, and then ranking well for their keyphrase. Once again I’ve noticed another website which is simply spamming forums (and writing articles) in order to rank for their phrase. What did you get out of the post?

NoFollow Certain Pages I did say there may be some tactics that people frown upon in this post, and this is the first. The Nofollow attribute was first introduced by search engines to help stop spam on the web from ranking in search results. Similarly, I nofollow links to my about page, my category links and my RSS feed.

They are mostly profiles, forum links and blog posts which are high PR do follow. They usually have some great offering that searchers love and webmasters link to. This is gold.

Many million dollar launches online weren’t just created because of the ‘list’ of the product creator, but from the thousands of affiliates they get to promote their product as well. You don’t have to just build brand new websites that get traffic from search to make money through affiliate marketing, though.
