My problems currently are traffic (what’s a ethical way to get it) and monetization (have currently no clue how to monetize). Usually my articles are of good quality providing a lot of practical how to approaches. My biggest blogging problem is time management, or choosing how to focus my efforts. I love blogging.

Learn how to deal with discouragements and frustrations. It gives me energy to work harder. I get up in the morning excited to see how my site is doing, thinking, “Did it increase from last night’s Alexa rank?” In fact, if the rank has decreased, I’ll feel sad and my energy levels will drop.

Maybe in the future eventually everyone will be a web worker, because we would have found easier and more faster ways for the busy to auto work itself instead of relying on human energy. We pay by the hour b/c we haven’t quite figured out how to pay for “burst innovation&# … and paying by the hour promotes busy economics.
