Directory Submissions By nature, directory links are of a very poor quality. Sometimes I’ll also pay $100 or so to BOTW.org which is a human-filtered directory which can give me some great link juice. As soon as I’m cached in this directory I find my rankings to increase almost instantly.

He bought a couple of courses, got himself listed in a bunch of directories, and created a linkwheel or two. This went on, and on, and on—to commenting, social bookmarking, PPC, email marketing, and back to content. Social media is king. And still, no traffic. And this could all have been avoided…. SEO is king.
