To tell great stories you have to stop having your community managers produce your content. That just shows how little respect they have for the community.

Takeaways from the discussion were many, and largely about developing a professional brand, creating real networks of people who are interested in the same topics, staying in good standing in the community and supportive of others in their extended networks. Everyone on the panel uses Twitter regularly. Personal friends and family.
