I scan 275 RSS feeds in Google Reader and I use dozens of bookmarklets and shortcuts to help me manage it all. Says the Future Will be Modeled on Facebook from Read/WriteWeb. You save a tweet, tell Buffer when you want it published, and it tweets for you. A faster pop-up for the bookmarklet (which sometimes does not work) and browser extension: However this may be the result of a slower server, server cache settings, and the like. As I write this, the team is preparing to roll out Buffer for Facebook.
