I had experience in defending our company's trademark when someone used it for a vanity URL and it was pretty effortless. Do you know of any examples where an IP holder had successfully removed infringing content posted by another user? Anyhow, it definitely poses some interesting legal challenges when content spreads like wildfire.

Not in a “here’s our FAQ way, but in a vigorous, social media way. For B2B companies, I suggest adding a short slide presentation that answers each question, and possibly a podcast that answers all six in aggregate. I recommend answering each question with a dedicated blog post, and a video – at a minimum.

And perhaps most inexcusably, they haven’t even gotten a Facebook URL, and now facebook.com/timberwolves and facebook.com/twolves have been poached. The Timberwolves on Facebook page has no mention of a manifesto, not even a link on the Info tab. Why isn’t the Manifesto it’s own tab?

I believe Twitter will ultimately be the way that we interact with brands, and will power the social CRM movement. I sat in on today's webinar and took some mental notes about what was most surprising (I may have even tweeted out a few). Tom agrees, and included that concept in the Executive Summary. Our lists were similar.

By my rough calculation, approximately 50% of these top posts have some sort or relevant, viable search term in the headline (and thus the page title and URL). Search does matter. I may run a similar analysis and rank my top posts by page views coming from search engines. What content lessons do you take away from these results?
