We have about 40 writers, we publish 14 articles a week. Ideally, what you want to create is some kind of avatar or persona or reader profile for your blog. Include a sentence or two about who is reading your blog, and maybe refer to the avatar if you’ve done that exercise. I think that’s a useful exercise to do.

Add an avatar and a bio at the minimum. There’s no SEO value to these comments (they’re nofollowed by default), and all this approach does is makes you lose credibility in the eyes of the blogger.
