If you can create the video in advance, increase the view and ratings count to give it some authority, then by the time the event goes live and people are searching for the video, yours is already ranking highly in the search results. Include links to authoritative blogs that give more authority to your own post. My head is spinning.

Authority Labs By far my favorite tool for tracking search engine positioning, Authority Labs shows you at a glance whether you’re #4 or #40 in Google, Bing and Yahoo! Owned by my friend Chase Granberry in Arizona, Authority Labs gave me a free account. Swix looks very interesting as does Authority Labs.
