p.s. for me, it’s easy-to-find analytics, essentially. In the same line, I really think that automated anything (sentiment, response, analysis) is a wrong paradigm for social. Sentiment is really hard to analyze. Aggregator sites are evil. Then make a real judgment call of whether to retweet/share or follow.
