74% of Social Media Users Expect Cries for Help to Be Answered Within an Hour – This is a pretty interesting report from the Red Cross. The most shocking thing is that 28 percent of folks surveyed would expect help in less than 15 minutes. Arik Hanson gives some great resources to tap when you get that not so fresh feeling.
