You can’t change the word list once a cloud has been created. For example if a respondent repeats the question asked in the answer (as is frequently the case) you can’t suppress those words which often gives an inaccurate representation of key words. Do you use word clouds? Social media in call centres.

Tag Cloud Wisdom. Massive list posts ("50+ Ways to Use Flickr," "100 Social Media Resources", etc.) The more I work with people who are new to social media, the more I believe that simplicity is the key. So the question is, how can you (and I) start screwing up more? TrackBack (0).

Things like tag clouds, categories, search boxes, links to other bloggers aren’t really helpful. You can create YouTube videos, Slideshare presentations, answer questions in forums such as yahoo answers and Quora. And no, I am not snubbing social media. That they know what they are doing. Please don’t. Not really.

Where to find you on social media – include this somewhere prominent. For instance, they might want to comment but not know what to write: if you ask a specific question, this makes it easier for them to engage. A tag cloud – fiddly to use and with a tendency to look messy. page is really handy.
