Finding Your Influencers As noted in the study, the notion of true 1:1 marketing via social media is a bit of a fallacy. It’s really only possible in a reactive sense via social CRM, where individual complaints or questions can indeed be handled. That’s a good starter list for Mass Influencers. Good stuff.

SocialMention For more comprehensive social media searching, I use SocialMention , which indexes blogs, tweets, message board posts, and a lot more. Flowtown allows you to take email addresses (like the people subscribed to my newsletter) and determine in which social networks they are active. Glad I stumbled here.
