Links can do this regardless of whether or not they contain the “nofollow” attribute, contain redirects, come from a site with a high PageRank , and so on. We don’t need AuthorRank to tell us that. While Authorship may have lost that visual touch, this minor change was done in an effort to improve mobile search results. &]rel=author query parameter and @rel DOES NOT contain nofollow. Run your URLs against the validator tool to be approved.
