Keep a sticky post about the blog’s main Twitter list as well as individual listings of where to find blog contributors on Twitter , Facebook , LinkedIn , etc., One way to encourage contributors to link to posts using specific anchor text for each post is to create a list that has specific anchor text to be used with each post.

Be sure to list your new blog URL as well as your new RSS feed URL in that post so people can subscribe easily to your new site or visit it directly. Also, maybe encourage mailing list signups from both the blog and the Facebook page, that way you can get to potential customers through their email as well. Will it help in this?

Postrank I have been using Postrank Analytics for about 3 weeks now and find it really impressive. I created a Twitter list which currently has about 80 people in it, and I usually only monitor the tweets from these people. It is a very minimalist to-do-list tool that helps me keep my life in order. Keep up the good work!
