To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). Socialmention.com is basically a social search engine, if the business name is unique it can be a good option. applications like Facebook, Twitter, Skype, etc. That said there are some options.
