I divinity see some comparison between infomercials and social media, but more on the experience side. Maybe sampling and demos on location will fit better. He talks to people about riding his bike to work, the ladies in his office, events going on in South Portland, stuff like that. Bob sells insurance.

Twitter’s role as a conduit for the Zeitgeist is unrivaled, and it has almost single-handedly ushered in the era of real-time search, and social CRM. I think point 5 is a great one, and applies to many social networks – the more 'friends' you have, the more unmanageable it becomes. I love Twitter.
