Use social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook to let people know about the contest. Make flyers with a catchy title and a description of your blog, and post them on bulletin boards in the entrance to supermarkets and other community buildings. Use Hi5 to build a page for your blog and create a community around it.

Details on whether Sponsored Tweets and other ad platforms are banned from Twitter – I haven’t tried any of these, but would be curious if they work. Other sites with a similar approach include Hubpages and Squidoo , which each offer a share of the Adsense revenue that your article makes you.
