Why I’m not writing about Google+ yet.

There also isn’t direct advertising on Google+, though there IS a handy search tool called “Sparks&# , but its completely organic without any advertising. Will that change? I don’t know. I suspect it will, but that depends on what Google’s end goal is with Google+.

Collaboration. Control is paternalistic, suffocating, obscure, the exact opposite of empowerment which is collaborative, open and illuminating. The best examples integrate social values throughout the organization. The internal aspect should focus on communication and training with an emphasis on transparency and collaboration.
