We have about 40 writers, we publish 14 articles a week. Ideally, what you want to create is some kind of avatar or persona or reader profile for your blog. Include a sentence or two about who is reading your blog, and maybe refer to the avatar if you’ve done that exercise. I think that’s a useful exercise to do.

Add an avatar and a bio at the minimum. I’m not connected to the LinkedIn individual who spammed me, but he still took the liberty to use my email address for his personal gain in a completely unsolicited fashion. There is no reason to make a personal request. Not humanizing your profile. Twitter is also about real relationships.
