Same with the message board trolls, who are all too easy to overlook in favor of bloggers and Twitterers. I found when people bought 4 or more homes from us, and lived in them over a period of years, and they kept coming back sometimes buying 6-8 homes or more from the same builder, they always spread the word about our brand.

Get An Avatar – An avatar is a simple image that will represent you wherever they go. An avatar can really be anything that you like. Forums : I used to be a forum (message board) junkie a few years ago and definitely built my authority in some. Any advice on managing it all if I can’t outsource?

Facebook for me is a lot of work, for a small audience of people who are not in the learn, buy or convert mode. Forums Message boards are really the first internet form of social media, after IRC. So although I have a profile on Facebook, I do not use Facebook for marketing to people.
