Another great way to do this is to host polls where you can get customer feedback. Be on your best behavior — after all, good customer service is good social media marketing. You may find opportunities to host real life events, be them at conferences or whatever else. it has a bit to do with privacy concerns in my opinion.

Despite the fact that Facebook has the most customizable privacy settings of all social networks (though we could argue with their effectiveness in a whole other post), people don’t like maintaining a “business&# identity on the same profile as their “personal&# (fun?) Is a fan page under the same privacy settings as the creator’s main Profile Page? How did you make the contact form on your fan page? Does that matter?
