They have discussion forums that are visited by moderators who merely police the content itself, but change never comes from suggestions offered in the forum itself or in the posts, even if hundreds of users contribute the same identical observations. I think Microsoft would be more receptive to user feedback.

My top three forums include Cre8asite Forums , Webmaster World (which is mostly free but also has subscription-only discussions), and High Rankings Forum. In the last few years, he moved his forever-changing content online in the format of members-only training guides and forums. Word travels. You can do better.

You can’t only write comments on forums. That’s why cellphone manufacturers, Microsoft, drug manufacturers do not release all their discoveries to keep people on coming back and wanting more. Yup, you can’t just chat with people on Twitter and broadcast on Facebook. The creative element is absolutely necessary.
