It all starts with the Pulse Report that Chevron had produced by Edelman (their PR firm) using their Alterian’s SM2 social media monitoring tool.

In this case, I’d imagine that there has been a tremendous amount of support and positive sentiment expressed toward the Royal Caribbean brand, and while there are some people who were upset that they didn’t get chosen (perhaps), the campaign seemed to have been an overwhelming success.
