Changing your corporate identity, in whole or in part, is one of the quickest and easiest ways to obliterate your online rank and reputation. Replace at least two parts of your NAP, build a new website, redirect the old one, and accept that a lot of your directories, citations, and reviews will fall by the wayside. Start from scratch.
