An alternative, and a solution I prefer, is to use a free CMS like Drupal, Wordpress, or Joomla. For now, I’ve hired someone to work on the SEO for my $1m site. If I were in your shoes I would definitely give it a shot. You wrote that you have outsourced the SEO for your new site. You can email me if you prefer).
