Sidebar bookmarklet. I personally use dropbox because of its cool feature which is the real time saving and sharing of any applications or documents as long as you add the user or machine, that user or machine can actually get and check the updates being done by the person who initiated the sharing process.

I do as much of my work as possible online, so that is really my ‘documents’ folder as well. This is where I store all of my work documents. Keep it simple.

I can also add new users, and then share documents with them via Google Docs, or create a custom start-page that everyone can see. I run a Mac application called Automater which automatically copies files from a certain folder onto my iDisk at 1pm everyday. it has a desktop application too. Google it, and check it out.
