You can see how many people are subscribing to your RSS feed and from which sources, and if you use the new Google Analytics integration, you can see how many clicks each individual post is getting from feed readers. This is a community site where the content with the most votes gets pushed to the homepage.

I now think my post on reaching 10K subscribers was indeed a bug (I did say it might be in the post ) and the site is at 7,543 readers.
