Bloggers who are compensated can use the “nofollow&# tag within their outbound links to keep those links from being tagged by Google as paid content. The nofollow may well make that harder, but then again, if you are under contract I think it’s the buyer’s responsibility to track the postings of the paid blogger.

In other words, you can’t publish an article under your real name at EzineArticles and under an alias somewhere else. If this changes to ensure that your articles can only be published at EzineArticles and nowhere else, then that could effectively kill article marketing as it has been practiced in the past.)

I have been refining my dev team over the last few months, doing “practice&# products such as the reputation management plugin for Wordpress I released, but I’ll soon be ready to take things to the next level. Similarly, I don’t just want to publish a blog post for the sake of having one out there.

Therefore, if you’re serious about blogging, you need to make a concerted effort to learn traditional media/publishing etiquette. Please spare the jokes about this brand already having a bad reputation ;). For example, he has links from article directories, but they’re the best articles I’ve ever seen published on such directories. And it’s not like he’s trying to build them now, he published them back in 2006 and 2007.
