Blog RSS feeds. RSS feeds provide them with fresh content without having them to give away their information. Consumers should have control and RSS feeds fit perfectly into this strategy. Many people prefer to receive content only when they want to. I know some bloggers who leave comment in 50-100 blogs every day.

I still think it is an interesting metric though so I’m happy to monitor it here. I also ran a small experiment that meant I paid people with over 500 Facebook friends $10 to post a link to my RSS feed. What was your success rate when it comes to convincing people to post a link to your RSS feed? Reply Karol K.

Although I don’t have any goals for the size of the community here, I still think it is an interesting metric to monitor. 6 Month Stats I thought it would be interesting to look at a few metrics and see how they have changed over the course of the last six months. it looks like you have started with 3000 RSS subs in Month1.

PostRank also runs invisibly and shows me metrics about the popularity of blog posts to help me know what you like to read and what you hate. RSS Footer inserts a customized line of code at the bottom of every blog post whether you receive it by RSS or other means. ReplyMe emails any comment author when someone replies.

RSS Footer does what the name implies. At the bottom of every blog post that is syndicated by RSS , a line of code is inserted indicating it was sourced right here. WordPress.com Popular Posts lets me run metrics on blog posts that are most commented, most searched, most visited, and other analytics.
