You can see how many people are subscribing to your RSS feed and from which sources, and if you use the new Google Analytics integration, you can see how many clicks each individual post is getting from feed readers. There was even a time where every post on the Technorati homepage linked to one of my own websites.

It also gets your site listed in Technorati and other blog aggregation services. It’s common though that when someone puts images in their post and they align nicely, things won’t look as pretty when you get the post in a feed reader. These should also help you ‘dominate’ the search results for your name.
