If I owned the site, I would do basic things such as: Reverse the order of the phrases in the title tag Remove the site name from the heading on the site Show more of their blog posts on the homepage Remove the default Wordpress links from the sidebar These changes, with a few quality links, would help push them up the rankings.

An alternative, and a solution I prefer, is to use a free CMS like Drupal, Wordpress, or Joomla. For my affiliate website, I’m using Wordpress. Quite simply: Wordpress is the best solution for my needs, so that’s what I’m going with. before ‘giving in’ and worshiping at the WordPress altar.
