To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). Certainly on the cost side, with the multiple licenses, it came out far better, and the UI seemed a lot more intuitive as well. I'm currently using SM2 for most of my clients, and like how easy it is to use.
