I like to focus on building search engine traffic to my sites because once you have rankings you can usually sustain them with little effort and the traffic they send is very targeted. If you’re entering an industry with a brand new site, the last thing you want to do is wait that long for some good search engine traffic.

First, if you look at their traffic stats with Compete you can see that they have traffic spikes and dips at around the same time: Then, looking at feed subscribers , despite the large difference at the start of the graph, their growth rate is on a very similar consistent rise. I thought I read something about that not too long ago.

These have been set-up very similar to the process I talk about in Cloud Living and if you can improve or sustain search engine rankings then you can easily automate their income. Will you sign a 6 / 12 month non-compete agreement? Why are you selling? If you’re going to be spending a lot of cash then this is crucial.

Should we include the rel=”nofollow” by default? Depending on the scale of what you’re doing with infographics, you might want to put a rel=”nofollow” on those as well” What can I do if someone – like my competition – is trying to harm me with bad backlinks?
