I couldn’t find anything on his site, and actually wish the whole presentation had been on this concept, rather than just a few minutes. Taking Badges Further: I use incentives to reward influencers in my online communities in three ways: Points for repetitive, ongoing and countable activity. Mores the pity. Newbie for newcomers.
