The top articles here will probably also help you find the top bloggers. Just know who they are. Do they run blogs? Use Twitter?

Same with the message board trolls, who are all too easy to overlook in favor of bloggers and Twitterers. This would answer questions like: - out of your customer base, how many are key influential mommy bloggers. This strategy has customer awareness at 85% for a builder, unheard of in any real estate market.

It takes up a lot less screen real estate that Tweetdeck, and I always use Tweetie when conducting my live, Twitter 20 interviews. Also, some bloggers (including Ari Herzog and Valeria Maltoni ) don’t favor including tweets as comments, since they are not true “comments.&# Sheesh, you are busy.
