Due to embedding of tweets, people scanning tweets but not actually having an account, and tweets being picked up by search engines, 23% of consumers read tweets at least monthly. I feel like I'm attempting to speak to the Wizard of Oz when I tweet a brand with logo as avatar – I'd much rather interact with a known person.
