It certainly isn’t 100% accurate (though no analytics tool is) and the only downside in my opinion is the delay in reporting. Get Clicky Get Clicky is another free analytics tool, but this one reports analytics in real-time. it has a desktop application too. You can never have too many backups. Google it, and check it out.
