You could almost skip the aspect of setting up the layout of the blog and just start posting, going with the default blog template provided by Tumblr. There are several other options, such as Flickr, Tumblr, WordPress, Blogger, etc… even Ping.fm. Plus if you dont cross post the same URLs, its a good way to see which platform drives more traffic, builds connections, Amplify or Twitter. I don’t auto-post to all of those, but it’s nice to have the option.
