The other thing I really like about Plaxo’s offerings are its ecards. Yes, I send a lot of cards.

Don’t forget the conversations hiding in Twitter (use Summize.com) and Friendfeed. Pay attention to which widgets you use in your sidebar. Take a second look at Plaxo. Build RSS outposts on Facebook. Add Flog Blog, and several other RSS tools. Andy - blog networks, feedheads, simply rss, to name a few.
