On the Daily Muse profile of Mashable, a member of their team – Brian – has the following job description: “He keeps Mashable on top of everything viral. ” TechCrunch, on the other hand, didn’t fully adopt this strategy. Sadly for MG, Twitter and Facebook are far bigger platforms.

Surely FB has a team dedicated to user testing given the sheer volume of their users. Wow, do people not realize it’s all public info, spoke is just compiling it in one spot? Another little niggle of mine is that they have removed the quicklinks to photos, events etc from the bottom of the page. It’s your job.
