I tweet more frequently too, using HootSuite (my favorite Twitter application by far) to schedule tweets down the road. HootSuite puts all the accounts in one single interface (you can do the same with TweetDeck and Seesmic, I believe), but in terms of passwords, I usually use KeePass to store them with other relevant account information.

I have encountered another FB fan page issue: as owner of travel agency start-up I cannot get the fan page address until I have 25+ fans (it used to be higher in the past)…ridiculous arbitrary number…why can’t I give a fan page address directly to potential customers? Just my $0.02.
