Sentiment: How much are you willing to automate verse check by hand? To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). Certainly on the cost side, with the multiple licenses, it came out far better, and the UI seemed a lot more intuitive as well.
