Pay special attention to negative sentiment. Great, cool, you’re on the right track. Those catch-phrases pop out like a sore thumb.

Sentiment: How much are you willing to automate verse check by hand? To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). I'm currently using SM2 for most of my clients, and like how easy it is to use. In other words, how accurate does it need to be?
