Investigate whether your product sells better by recommendation versus education, and use either wikis and widgets to help recommend, or videos and podcasts for education. Re-examine who in the organization might benefit from your social media efforts.

The guys installing your organization’s blogging software don’t realize that the “Add a Picture&# button doesn’t work because they don’t have blogs. platform haven’t even created profiles of themselves. As a developer, you should be expected to blog, tweet, edit wikis, etc.
