To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). I'm currently using SM2 for most of my clients, and like how easy it is to use. On your chart, you show that SM2 can get down to the state level on the geographic filter. I do have a question for you though.
